The Gateway Decorative Artists meeting was held on December 7, 2003 at the St. Charles Golf Club. All Board members were present. President, Allison Bacon, called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. The meeting was opened with a prayer by Jeanne Abraham. Allison welcomed attending members and guests. She then thanked her fellow Board members for their service during the past year. Carolyn Bacon was asked to preside over the installation of officers for 2003. Debbie Christenson was presented with the Gold Brush Award by Toni Dosser. Carolyn Bacon passed out entry forms for the Chapter Art Show and Silent Auction at the National convention in 2004. She needs the forms in her hands by January 15. Toni gave a report on upcoming programs and Ellen Rohne gave an update on Retreat plans for 2004. The business meeting was followed by entertainment, an ornament exchange, and Secret Pal exchanges.
