Meeting was called to order at 1:25pm. Jean Lindsey's sister in Law has passed away. Jean Rogenhofer is at DePaul in the ICU, due to a sore on her leg. Unfortunately her leg had to be amputated. Gloria Falk was first to approve the minutes, and Judy Sloan was second to approve. The chapter has 10 extra color conversion books for sale, at $15 each. A thank you to Debbie Christenson for the show and tell table. The paint-in today will be with Jeanne Abraham and Mary Jane Jett we will be painting ornaments. In charge of election of officers is Judy Dodson. A thank you to Mary Jo Kumer for helping with calling members, and a thank you to the members that called back with answers. Donna Wessel There were no nominations from the floor. Judy West is the winner of the directory contest. Today is the last day for the year to turn in memory boxes to Debbie Christenson. Jan Rosenburg was not at the meeting. Retreat was great. Programs: now is the time to sign up for Peggy Harris' and Gloria Falk's seminars. Vada Galvan will be holding a seminar in April. The chapter newsletter deadline is January 22nd, 2006. Membership: There are 49 members present today and 3 guests. Guests were Nancy, Sandy, and Kathy. The centerpiece winners were: Mary Conway, Nancy, Eleanor Denton, Maureen Wasserman, Pat Rowles, Judy West, Lovella Mauer, Tracey, Judy Sloan, Cindy Rupp, and Arlene Markland. The Library of Congress Christmas Tree Ornaments. Deb Malewski, was coordinator. There were 309 ornaments chosen. 4 or 5 of the ornaments were from Missouri. Members Vada Galvan, Gloria Falk, Marilyn McDonald and Joan Love were 4 of them. Boutique went well. There was an article in the St. Charles journal the Thursday before Boutique. election results: Meeting was adjourned at 2:27pm. The first to adjourn the meeting was Mary Jo Kumer and to second was Laura Heathcote.
